Just wow! The story, gameplay, level design, game mechanics, and flow are all just incredible. We played through It Takes Two a few years ago, and were expecting something similar, but this takes things up several notches. The variety in game mechanic exploration is incredibly high. You can go from a platformer to a racer to a shooter to a cozy game in the course of an hour, and everything is handled with such precision. There were many emotional moments through the story, and the ending has some of the most mind-blowing level design that i've seen. It definitely has its parts where it is challenging (both boss and non-boss battles) but it makes it feel rewarding when you progress. I actually felt like the final boss wasn't as hard as some of the earlier bosses, but maybe that's just because we had more experience in the game by then. Highly recommend for anyone who wants split screen couch co-op!
